Previous British Library cataloguing suggests J. H. Bastide as possible cartographer. However, although the separate textual sheet may be in his hand, the map itself may have been drawn by another hand.

Green circular label to verso shows "6". White label to verso shows "DRAWER 28 SECTION 3". Blue label to verso shows "A 28/6".
