• Shows hornwork extending from the fort, "This Horn Work was filled on with Building's Consisting of Store houses ovens and Barrak's".
• Shows scale bars at centre; "Scale to the Plan" of 50 feet to an inch and "Scale to the Profill" of 20 feet to an inch.

• Shows lettered key at lower left identifying the Governor's house, the kitchen, the Powder Magazine and the barracks.
