• The northern sheet extends from Fort William and part of Talbot Island on the mouth of the St John's River to St Augustine.
• The northern sheet includes an inset map "THE EAST of S.t AUGUSTINE TOWN, CASTLE and FORCES before it on the ISLAND of ANASTATIA" with an extensive letterd (A-Z) and numbered (1-8) key. Shows where General Oglethorpe landed his troops [Siege of St Augustine, 1740].
• The southern sheet extends from "Matansa Inlet" to the mouth of the "Musketae River".
• The southern sheet shows a blank title at upper left.
• The southern sheet includes an untitled inset showing St Augustine at a larger scale (approximately 1;36,000 - scale indicated in pencil only).
• The southern sheet includes an inset map "A DRAUGHT of MATANZA inlet as taken by Livt Todiman of the Phoenix who was sent with the Pilots of the Men of War on purpose to sound the same" (scale approximately 1:68,000).
• Titled "A drawn Plan of the Coast of East Florida from Fort William to Musketae River; with a Plan and View of the Town of St. Augustine. Two sheets. Unfinished" in the Catalogue of Maps, Prints, Drawings, etc., forming the geographical and topographical collection attached to the Library of his late Majesty King George the third, etc., London, 1829.
